Vanilla liqueur

Vanilla liqueur...

Natural vanilla is rightfully considered one of the most expensive and valuable spices in the whole world. Outwardly, it is cinnamon pods, rather oily and elastic to the touch, in which there is fragrant pulp and seeds. Vanilla has a surprisingly attractive aroma, thanks to which vanilla liqueur, prepared on its basis, has a special exquisite taste and an intriguing smell - everyone can appreciate it.

Vanilla liqueur is the most popular among the vast variety of spirits that are known around the world. There are undoubtedly people who prefer drinks of a different kind to him, but most of those who had a chance to try high-quality vanilla liquor invariably felt a sense of extraordinary comfort and warmth. This is due to the fact that vanilla is very often used in cooking, so adding this spice to alcoholic beverages is an understandable solution.

The extraordinary aroma of vanilla liqueur is somewhat reminiscent of expensive delicate perfumes with a subtle smell. The sweet taste of this drink, in which you feel a thirty-degree fortress, leaves behind an exceptionally unforgettable aftertaste and pleasant memories.

One of the most famous brands of vanilla liqueur includes the famous Italian Galliano. This rather strong drink insists on aromatic herbs, various berries and spices, in particular vanilla - all these ingredients grow precisely in the country of manufacture of the drink. The strength of the classic Galliano vanilla liqueur in a rich sunny-golden color is about 30%.

Vanilla liqueur is often used in the preparation of many confectionery products, to which it gives its unsurpassed aroma. And these are not only simple desserts, but all kinds of complex cakes, layered cakes and other sweet delights. During heat treatment, the vanilla liqueur as part of the dish gives its aroma, while the alcohol is evaporated and does not feel at all in the ready-made meal.

Vanilla liquor can also be prepared at home. For this aromatic drink, it is recommended to choose vanilla pods as fresh as possible - elastic, narrower and larger, because the quality of the finished drink directly depends on these qualities of the raw materials.

In addition, sugar for vanilla liquor is advised to take exactly brown, since thanks to it, a rum note appears in the bouquet of the drink. Citric acid is also added to the hot syrup to make vanilla liqueur, which inverts the sugar. Otherwise, the sugar in the syrup during the storage of the drink will definitely begin to crystallize, while spoiling the appearance of the product.
