Love for a popular ancient drink called beer, regardless of place of residence and standard of living, is shared by almost all of humanity. Surely the ancient Egyptians who invented beer did not even realize that this foam drink would have such a long life and that a considerable number of amazing laws and glorious traditions would be associated with it.

By the way, a low-alcohol foamy drink with a pronounced taste and a specific aroma is called beer. It is produced from malt wort, which, due to the presence of beer yeast in it, undergoes the fermentation process. Beer is divided into dark and light, and this difference is due to the method of making malt, in particular the degree of frying it. When making dark beer, dark malt is used, while light beer requires light malt. The most popular in Russia is light beer, which has a clearly pronounced aroma and a small hop bitterness.

However, the division of this foamy drink by color is actually quite conditional, since regardless of color, each brand and variety of beer has its own characteristic shade and its own specific taste and aroma. But in general, in a nutshell, light beer is characterized by this - golden, transparent and clean, with a barely noticeable hill. Quality beer of light varieties definitely cannot have a reddish or brown tint. The calorie content of light beer is 42 kcal per hundred grams.

Do not drink light beer from the bottle due to the fact that it does not have a particularly pleasant taste of bitterness. This does not happen when you drink this low-alcohol drink from a glass. Everything is explained quite simply: light beer bottled contains preservatives. They accumulate under the cork, and also remain on the neck of the bottle, due to which bitter notes appear in the taste of the drink. Therefore, experts recommend drinking preferably live light beer on tap.

Light beer is not only an excellent cool drink, but also one of the components of the preparation of numerous delicious dishes. Most often it is used as a marinade for meat, especially poultry, savory sauces and dressings are made on its basis. In addition, you can make pasty dough, which is distinguished by extraordinary tenderness and pomp. And in the Czech Republic, they even prepare a special beer soup with ginger from light beer.

Despite the fact that regular consumption of any alcoholic alcohol has a detrimental effect on human health, the use of natural high-quality light beer in minimal quantities contributes to bone strengthening. It has been proven that this drink contains at least 10 different vitamins and minerals.

But still, do not forget that although the calorie content of light beer is small, there is a possibility of gaining extra pounds, since few people consume it in its pure form, and mainly eat a drink with hearty chips, nuts and other snacks.
