Fruit liqueur

Fruit liqueur...

This natural alcoholic drink, which is widespread not only in the Russian Federation, but also far beyond its borders, is in stable demand and great love among alcohol lovers. Pour is prepared both using ethyl alcohol and vodka, and without them, using exclusively sugar sand for fermentation. The pour perfectly retains the taste and aroma of the raw materials, that is, fresh fruits from which the drink is made.

For the preparation of natural low-alcohol liquors, a rather simple technology should be followed, which is as follows. First of all, small pieces of freshly cut fruits or ripe berries without impurities of greens (cuttings and leaves) are laid on 4/5 of the bottle volume. Then the bottle is covered to the top with sugar, after which it is covered with cloth or gauze. It remains only to put the container with the future pouring in the sun for five days and do not forget to shake periodically.

And after this period, the pour begins to wander, so we put the bottle in a dark place for a while (the aging time directly depends on the type of raw materials). Thus, the process of ripening the pour, depending on the cooking method for different fruits and berries, can be from one month to six months. It is recommended to use pure alcohol or strong vodka of high quality to make this drink, otherwise the finished liqueur can acquire an unpleasant smell.

In addition, based on the recipe for the preparation of this drink, the liquors are classified by ripening rate into early ripening, medium ripening and long-ripening. For example, strawberry liqueur matures in a month, while for the preparation of cherry, currant and plum drink, aging for
1. 5-2 months is necessary. And it takes about six months to make a pour based on apples, pears or apricots.

The most popular and favorite varieties of liqueur are berry, which are made from strawberries, blackcurrants, raspberries or cranberries. All these drinks have a unique rich taste and attractive aroma. But the most delicious, perhaps, can be called cherry liqueur, which is prepared both for alcohol and without it.

The liqueur is easy to buy in the store, but the drink prepared at home is much more aromatic and tasty. Cook and consume this wonderful product - not only is it great with any desserts, part of many dishes, but it is one of the healthiest drinks with alcohol content. If, undoubtedly, drinking liquors in moderation is for pleasure, not drunkenness for the sake.
