The main advantage of milk liqueur is its ease of cooking at home. One of the most popular types of milk liqueur is a drink called Ladies' Cognac. It is noteworthy that with all the necessary components, this milk liqueur can be prepared in just 10 minutes.

For these purposes, components such as milk, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and cognac are used. The milk boils and while it cools, egg yolks are prepared as a kind of sweet eggnog, sugar and vanilla are thoroughly beaten. Cognac, which can be replaced with vodka, is mixed with milk, and then the resulting mixture is combined with an egg mass. After filtration, the milk liqueur is completely ready for consumption.

Another option for making homemade milk liqueur involves the use of lemon juice, which is fermented by the milk mass. It is weighed, while delicious cottage cheese remains in the gauze, and the whey that forms gives milk liquor at the output. Such a drink cannot boast of a snow-white color - in appearance it resembles the same serum, but this does not affect the taste of the drink in any way.

As a snack, fresh fruit or sweet pastries are great for milk liqueur. It can be added to some dishes in which this liqueur is present according to the recipe, as well as used as a tender additive when making cocktails.
