Chocolate liqueur

Chocolate liqueur...

Chocolate liqueur is a truly exquisite drink that has a viscous consistency, stunning taste and a pleasant aroma. Chocolate liqueur is not only used to prepare a variety of cocktails, but is also used as a natural flavouring agent in the preparation of soft and tonic drinks.

In addition, you can drink chocolate liqueur in its pure form by diluting it with a small portion of edible ice. And adding this exquisite treat to numerous dessert dishes will give the ready-made meal not only a velvet note of chocolate, but also give it an attractive appearance.

Most often, culinary experts use chocolate liqueur when making all kinds of cakes, cakes, mousses, jelly, multi-layered desserts. And just a spoon of chocolate liqueur added to coffee or tea will completely change the usual taste of the invigorating drink.

The most famous type of chocolate liqueur is rightfully considered the Austrian liqueur Mozart, which is represented not by one specific drink, but by a whole line of exquisite drinking. For example, Mozart Black liqueur is a rather thick, strong and sweet drink made from bitter chocolate, roasted cocoa and real vanilla-flavored bourbon.

Mozart White's chocolate liqueur is one hundred per cent all-natural. It is based on high-quality white chocolate, thanks to the use of which the drink acquires lightness and grace.

One cannot fail to mention Mozart Gold's amazing chocolate liqueur, which is made from a cocoa infusion that lasts about two months, dark Belgian chocolate, fresh cream, cocoa distillate and sugar. This liqueur has a subtle chocolate-creamy taste and a rich aroma.

It is customary to serve chocolate liqueur at the end of the meal after the second courses, immediately before or together with coffee or tea. Uncooled liquor is poured into special liqueur glasses with a volume of 25-60 milliliters. If you put some ice in a glass, the resulting drink will be called on the rocks.

What is remarkable is that chocolate liqueur works perfectly with other strong drinks. Most often it is mixed with vodka, gin, cognac or whiskey, while the taste of alcohol becomes much sweeter and softer.

In addition, you can combine chocolate liqueur with hot chocolate, ice cream, coffee, cream and milk. Serve this divine drink with a cup of fragrant coffee, crumbly biscuits, tender cake or nut cakes - guests will be delighted. And from fresh fruit, the perfect ensemble with chocolate liqueur is formed by oranges, grapes and apples.
