Kahlua liquor
Kahlua liqueur is a sweet alcoholic drink with a distinctive coffee flavor and aroma that has Mexican roots. This liquor first appeared in 1936, thanks to the imagination of the chemist by profession, Senor Bianco.
The formulation of Kahlua liquor has remained unchanged for 30 years since its invention, but after this time it was slightly improved, resulting in an equally excellent drink.
Notably, liquor maker Kahlua claims that it was the drink made by their company that entered the market as the first coffee liqueur. So this, or not entirely true, is quite difficult to judge.
Meanwhile, Kahlua liquor is currently on sale in not one but several varieties. The most common and incredibly popular liquor is Kahlua Original, which is produced on the basis of two unchanged components - Arabica coffee and sugarcane. Thanks to the use of natural ingredients, the 20-degree alcoholic drink has a rich and lively taste.
Kahlua French Vanilla liqueurs, as well as Kahlua Mocha, are produced almost similarly - in addition to the main components, they include natural vanilla. And in the latter, dark chocolate is additionally added.
Since 2002, Kahlua Pecial began to be produced, which has a rich taste of express. In such a drink, the alcohol content reaches 35 percent. Five years later, the dark liquor Kahlua Hazelnut saw the light of day, the name of which is easy to guess that its additional component is fried hazelnuts. This drink is considered the ideal choice for drinking with freshly brewed coffee.
A limited edition, which is recommended for special reasons, is Kahlua Peppermint Mocha liquor, where the already rich aromas are complemented by a luxurious mixture of dark chocolate and mint. Such a drink is usually consumed with hot chocolate or with ice.
It is impossible not to mention the so-called Ready-to-Drink - these are completely ready-to-drink cocktails based on Kahlua liquor, which are in stable demand and are highly popular.
Kahlua liquor itself can be drunk both in its pure form, adding a small portion of crushed food ice and citrus zest, as well as in a variety of cocktails. By the way, the most famous of them are Black Russian, Tall Black Russian, White Russian B-52, Brave Bull and Mudslide.
In addition, Kahlua coffee liqueur with a characteristic and very rich coffee taste is often used not only in combination with hot chocolate or directly a drink based on aromatic beans, but also in the preparation of various desserts, in particular cakes, cheesecakes and ice cream.
