Cream liqueur

Cream liqueur...

The assortment of alcoholic beverages every year more and more pleases with its variety of alcohol lovers. Manufacturers do not stop developing more and more new types of alcohol, while not forgetting the time-tested formulations. Beer, wine, vodka, cognac, brandy, champagne, vermouth, tincture, whiskey, rum, martini, balm, gin, absinthe and many other drinks are in stable demand and popular among the population.

However, there is another variety of alcoholic beverages, for which a characteristic feature is increased sweetness and a pleasant aromatic note - liqueurs. By the way, there is a rather contradictory opinion that liqueurs are the prerogative of the weaker sex, while men prefer vodka, cognac and other similar drinks more. There is, indeed, some truth in this - sweet liqueurs are considered an excellent accompaniment to the fruits and desserts that ladies like so much.

Cream liqueur is a bright representative of the group of sweet spirits. Generally, cream liqueurs are fairly thick creamy drinks that are made from animal cream or egg yolks. In addition, quite often cream liqueurs contain flavoring additives, which use vanilla, citrus peel extract (lemon, mandarin, orange or lime). It is worth noting that in recent years there has been a fairly rapid increase in the manufacture of cream liqueurs, which are based on stabilized fresh cream.

It is noteworthy that the first production of cream liqueurs was laid down in Ireland, but at the moment many countries of the world also produce similar drinks based on cream. Italy, France, Scotland, the USA, Australia and Germany stand out among such states. By the way, most of the products produced are distinguished by a small fortress.

The most famous brands of cream liqueurs are rightfully considered to be drinks of the Bols and John D. Taylor's brands, which are always distinguished by the high quality of the raw materials and excellent taste qualities of the finished product. In addition, Amarula Bailey's Irish Cream, Bailey's Irish Cream Dooleys toffee, Dooleys toffee Eldorado cream, Eldorado cream Merrys white, Merrys white Mozart original, Mozart original Sheridans, Sheridans Stichpimpuli and Stulimpichi are noteworthy.

Cream liqueurs are commonly consumed with ice or water. They also combine well with strong drinks (vodka, brandy, gin, cognac, whiskey, wines), cream and milk, ice cream and hot chocolate, citrus juices.

Previously, cream Leavers were enjoyed during the meal, but in our time it has long gone out of fashion. Today, cream liqueurs are mostly served after a meal for coffee or tea in a special long-legged liqueur glass with a capacity of 25 milliliters, similar to cremanca. It is customary to drink a stack in a volley, and then enjoy a fragrant sweet liquid that spills in pleasant warmth throughout the body.
