Method of making gravy: put wine, cloves, non-ground cinnamon and lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon) on fire. When the wine warms up a little, pour 60g of sugar into it. With continuous stirring, bring the liquid to boil. 3 egg yolks, 30 g flour, 100 g water, interfere well once until a homogeneous smooth mass forms. When the wine boils, add egg mass to it and remove it from the heat. From 6 egg whites, 60g sugar beat strong foam and mix it with wine-egg mass.
