Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes, peel and chop. Mix the chopped tomatoes with the tnt celery. Cook for 2 minutes, add the finely chopped peppers, remove from the heat and allow to brew for 10 minutes. Finely chop the green olives, add to the sauce along with the rest of the ingredients. Sauce is served to pork chops, poultry, veal.
