Norwegian cuisine
The national cuisine of Norway was formed under the influence of a harsh climate. Norwegian dishes are a variety of fish, more often salted or cured. Of all types of meat, lamb is traditionally more common. Milk is another product that is actively used by Norwegian cuisine, recipes from milk, whey, and especially Norwegian cheeses are popular from ancient times until now.
