Pour the dried orange peel with boiling water, leave for a day. remove the peel from the infusion, pass it through a meat grinder, bring the infusion to a boil and put the resulting mass in it. insist again within 24 hours. strain the infusion through several layers of gauze, heat and dissolve sugar in it. when the syrup has cooled, add citric acid, stir and bottle. syrup is obtained concentrated and when consumed, it should be diluted to taste with chilled carbonated or mineral water.
