Mongolian cuisine
Mongolian cuisine, recipes with photos of which are captivated by their simplicity and artlessness, is very concise. Mongolia's national cuisine has evolved for centuries. Harsh pastoralists ate mainly meat, milk and boiled vegetables. Fried lamb, kumys or airag, aromatic Mongolian tea with milk and, of course, traditional Mongolian pea soup are the most famous dishes of Mongolian cuisine, which are easy to cook in modern conditions.
