Beetroot marinade
To marinate beets, a marinade based on wine vinegar and spices is used.
vinegar wine - 2-3 cups, water - 2-3 cups, sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons, salt - 1-2 tsp, allspice - 8-10 pcs., or black pepper - 8-10 pcs., cloves - 5-6 pcs., bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
You can prepare a beet marinade with wine vinegar like this: pour wine vinegar, water into a saucepan, pour in sugar, salt, add allspice or black pepper, cloves, bay leaf; then let the marinade boil and cool.
