Chilled boiled water is added to the hard marzipan, or even better - 1 teaspoon of starch brewed in boiling water. But now there is a real scope for creative imagination. How to make marzipan figures? If you are completely unimaginative, you can make figures from marzipan using molds. But in fact, there is a chance to portray a whole scene from your own life, and then for greater persuasiveness you can paint marzipan figures with food dyes dissolved in wine alcohol. You can also simply cover the cake with a thin sheet of rolling marzipan or use it as a filling.
