Potatoes - 8 pcs., Pork - 400 g, Onions - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 250 g, Mayonnaise - 150 g, Vegetable oil - 10 ml, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Wash the potatoes, peel them with vegetable peelers, rinse them so that no dirt remains on them. If necessary, cut out the "eyes, " if any. Thinly cut it into circles 2-3mm thick. It is better to cut it using a slicer with the necessary nozzle (I used this tool), since in this case the potatoes will be prettier and the circles will have the same thickness, which is important for uniform baking of potatoes.
Now divide the potatoes into two equal parts, one of which is laid on the bottom of the mold, greased with pre-vegetable oil. Salt the potato circles. Wash the pork, cut into pieces. Beat the pieces with a hammer, then put the next layer on the potato circles, completely covering the potatoes. Salt the meat and pepper to your liking.
Now take a piece of cheese and grate it on a fine grater. Sprinkle potatoes on top of them, then brush the cheese with mayonnaise. Now go directly to baking meat with potatoes. To do this, set the oven to warm up to 180 ° C. When the oven is preheated to the right temperature, place the dish tin inside, close the oven door and cook the dish until cooked.
Depending on the oven, the thickness of the cut of meat and potatoes, the exact cooking time depends. On average, it will be from 40 to 60 minutes. I advise you to check the dish for readiness after 40 minutes, put it in the oven and finish cooking if necessary. After taking the sample, it already becomes clear how much more about you need to prepare, well, or you can take the sample again. Divide the finished dish immediately into portions, arrange on plates, serve on the table and enjoy.
