How to make a casserole out of potatoes, minced meat and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be taken from any type of meat or from several types. I have minced pork and beef. Peel and rinse the potatoes beforehand. Choose cheese for your taste.
Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices.
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. It can be glass, ceramic or metal. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil. Place the chopped potatoes on the bottom of the tin.
Brush it with sour cream and sprinkle with salt. Instead of sour cream, you can spread a layer of potatoes with natural yogurt without additives or mayonnaise.
Rub a layer of cheese on top.
Peel the onion, finely chop and mix with the mince.
Put the mince in a thin layer. Sprinkle it with salt and spices. Spread some more grated cheese over the mince.
Repeat all layers again. Also layer them with grated cheese. When baked, it will melt and bond all the layers to each other. Sprinkle the top layer of potatoes generously with grated cheese and place the tin in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45-60 minutes. Navigate your oven.
The finished casserole will be a mouth-watering golden color. Cheese on the surface browns well. Remove it from the oven, decorate with herbs and serve to the table. Spread the casserole on plates and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
