Pork - 500 gr, Potatoes - 1 kg, Soft cheese - 150 gr, Onions - 2 pcs., Mayonnaise - 150 gr, Salt - 1 tea liter, Pepper - to taste
Rinse pork under running cold water, dry with paper towels. Cut into arbitrary pieces 1-1. 5 cm thick. Beat each piece on both sides with a culinary hammer. Put the meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix. Leave the meat for a few minutes while the vegetables are prepared. If desired, crushed garlic can be added to the meat.
Place the prepared meat on top of the chopped onions, filling the entire space over the onions. Then you can close the baking dish with foil, or you can not close, but put it in the oven. But in the second option, it should be borne in mind that during baking, the meat will decrease slightly in size. Put the tin with meat in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
