Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into circles or a little smaller. Put the chopped potatoes in the pan for the champignons and cook them all together under the lid for 10 minutes. Potatoes should be almost ready. Salt everything up a little.
Cut the pork meat into portion pieces, 1-1. 5 cm thick. Lightly beat each piece with a kitchen hammer.
For frying, take a large frying pan. Put the pork pieces in the hot oil and fry them well on one side. Sprinkle a little salt and spices. Then turn the meat over and make the heat smaller. For each piece of meat, place a roast of mushrooms and potatoes.
Add some mayonnaise and spread out the chopped tomato circles.
Top with grated cheese. Cover the whorl with a lid and cook over a low heat for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the meat will have time to fully cook, and the cheese will melt.
