Pork - 300 grams, Potatoes - 300 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Tomatoes - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 100 grams, Garlic - 2 teeth., Mayonnaise - 50 grams, Dill - 10 grams, Vegetable oil - 30 grams, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
Cut the peeled potatoes into circles and dry. Then pour some vegetable oil over it and stir to coat the oil in a thin layer over all the potatoes. Thanks to the oil film, the potatoes will not dry when baked and will not lose moisture, which means they will bake well. Then add mayonnaise, garlic passed through the press or crushed, salt, spices and crushed dill to the potatoes. Mix everything.
Place the tin in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. After 30 minutes, cover the top of the tin with a sheet of foil and cook for another 30 minutes. Why a sheet of foil? This is necessary so that the cheese does not burn. There is no need to tightly clog with foil. Just put on top so that excess moisture can evaporate at the edges. Determine the exact time and temperature of baking by your oven.
