Minced meat - 1 kg, Minced pork beef - 1 kg, Onions - 1 pc., White bread - 100 gr, Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Garlic - 6 teeth, Salt - 1 tea liter, Pepper - 1 tea, Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp, Wheat flour - 100 gr, Eggs - 1 pc., Water - 1 tbsp., Salt - 2 gr, Champignons - 300 gr, Carrots - 3 pcs., Potatoes - 5 pcs., Onions - 2 pcs., Butter - 100 gr, Salt - 2 tea liters, Pepper - 2 tea liters, Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with onions, bread soaked in milk, add crushed garlic, salt and pepper. You can trim our mince with your favorite meat seasonings.
Peel and boil carrots and potatoes until cooked. Ceiling potatoes, salt, add butter and make mashed potatoes.
