How do I make a French turkey in an oven with meat, potatoes and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose turkey meat without bones. I like to use hip fillet. It turns out to be more juicy than breast fillet. Peel and rinse the potatoes beforehand. The proportions of the ingredients are approximate, something can be changed to your taste.
Cut the turkey meat into small pieces and beat lightly using a kitchen hammer.
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings.
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. I take ceramic. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil. Lay out the meat pieces and sprinkle over the chopped onions. Add the salt and spices.
Cut half of the potatoes into circles and spread over the entire shape. Brush with sour cream. If sour cream is thick, then it can be diluted a little with water.
Rinse the champignons and cut into plates. Spread on potatoes. Add the salt and spices.
Next, lay out the second layer of potatoes. And brush it with sour cream, too.
Spread the chopped tomatoes on top. Cover the tin with foil and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Navigate your oven.
Then remove the foil, sprinkle over the grated cheese and return to the oven for a further 10-15 minutes. The cheese will have time to melt.
Turkey is ready in French! Arrange on plates and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
