Pork head - 4 kg, Onions - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Garlic - 8 teeth., Bay leaves - 5 pcs., Peppers - 10 pcs., Allspice - 5 pcs., Black ground pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Chop the pig's head into pieces, wash well, soak overnight. At this stage, my husband helped me)
In the morning, rinse parts of the pig's head well in several waters and clean
Fill with cold water and set to cook for 6 hours
But do not forget to remove foam
2-3 hours before the meat is ready, add onions, carrots, bay leaves, peppercorns and allspice
Salt a lot - you need to slightly salt so that the boiled meat is not fresh
After 6 hours, the meat is ready!
Take the boiled pieces of the head from the broth and leave to cool. Boiled chicken can be added to the broth and you get a wonderful low-fat jelly, or you can, for example, cook boiling borscht
Separate meat from bones
Separate the meat and lard from the skin and cut into medium pieces. The photo shows pieces of boiled meat, lard and pork ear
Peel garlic
Extrude through the press
Sprinkle with black ground pepper and mix
Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, we take it out and let it cool a little
To shape the potion, I will use a cropped plastic bottle, and so that I can easily get it - I put the bag inside. You can take a milk bag or a special round ham - how convenient you are
