6 servings1 hour 30 min
Tuna - 1300 g, Pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Sour cream - 4 tbsp, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp, Garlic - 3 tbsp, Dill - 2 tsp, Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
How to bake tuna in an oven in foil? Prepare the products. If your fish is frozen, defrost it by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the fridge. Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking.
Clean the fish from scales, wash and gut, removing the insides well. Also, rinse the carcass inside well. Thoroughly wet the tuna with a paper towel.
Rub the fish well with salt and pepper, inside and out.
Prepare the marinade. How to make a marinade? In a cup, mix the sour cream (any fat content), mayonnaise, garlic cloves and dill passed through the press. Dill, dry and chop finely.
Pour in the lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well. The marinade sauce is ready. You can only use sour cream, without mayonnaise, then the calorie content of the dish will decrease.
Take the foil, it is better to fold it in two layers, for strength. Place on the tuna foil. Now properly coat it with marinade sauce - both inside and out, on all sides.
The fish should be completely covered with sauce.
Wrap the carcass tightly with foil and send to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This time will be enough for pickling. Turn on the oven to heat up 160 degrees. Then put the foil fish on a baking sheet and send to bake for 1 hour.
10 minutes before cooking is over, cut the foil, open the fish and bake until golden.
Serve the finished fish with fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy your meal!
