1. Boil the rice according to the instructions indicated on the package, then salt and season with sugar and rice vinegar.

2. Mix mayonnaise, crushed garlic, chilli and pour in soy sauce, mix all the ingredients well.

3. Crab meat or crab sticks, cut into pieces and mix with red fish fillet.

4. We distribute the rice on a nori sheet, lay out the filling and roll it using a rug into an elastic roll, which we cut with a sharp knife into portion pieces.

5. We lay baking paper on a baking sheet, lay out pieces of roll on it. On top of each piece, lay out a teaspoon of sauce and send it to an oven heated to 180 degrees for five minutes. Immediately we serve hot rolls to the table.
