1. First of all, we clean the fish from scales that have worn all the insides, cut off the sharp fins and tail. Good my cod under running water and dry with paper towels. Then we put the fish on the cutting board and cut into large pieces.

2. Carrots and onions are clean and my water. We cut the onion into quarters. Cut the carrots into strips. Rinse the celery stalk, dry and cut into circles.

3. In a medium saucepan, we put pieces of cod, chopped onions, carrots and celery. We fill everything with clean water. Add spices: salt and bay leaf. You can add some more at will. Put the pan on the stove and bring its contents to a boil. Remove the foam formed on top of the broth. Then cover the pan and cook the cod for half an hour on a slow fire.

4. After the cod has boiled, we take out pieces of fish and vegetables from the pan on a plate. Then, the fish broth remaining in the pan is filtered through a sieve to avoid foreign impurities. Add gelatin to the strained fish broth and mix everything thoroughly until the gelatin is completely solvent.

5. We peel the boiled cod from the seeds and put it in a deep shape or serving creams. Next, transfer pieces of boiled carrots, onions and celery into the same container.

6. Gently pour fish broth with gelatin into the tin with boiled fish and vegetables. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste and decorate with herbs. We put the dish in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until completely set. Once the cod pour is set, it can be served. Enjoy your meal!
