Puff dough - 500 gr, Champignons - 400 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Garlic - 1 tooth., Wheat flour - 1 tbsp., Sour cream - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
How to make volovans from layer dough? Prepare all the necessary products. Use fresh or canned champignons, in both cases it turns out very tasty. Remove the finished layer dough from the refrigerator.
Spread the dough layer on the table if you want to roll it out slightly. Make circles of puff pastry with a special round notch. If there is no suitable shape, then use a glass, fugerry or glass.
Cut the rings out of half the circles using a smaller diameter tin or glass.
This way you should get an equal number of circles and rings.
Wash the egg well, separate the protein from the yolk, whisk the protein slightly. Put the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Using a silicone brush, brush them with protein.
Lay the rings flat on top and brush with protein the same way. Send the tray to a preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees, top-bottom mode until the dough is browned. It will take about 15 minutes, depends on the capabilities of your oven.

Add the flour, stirring continuously, fry for a few seconds.
Send sour cream to the mushrooms, mix and cook until thickened.
If desired, at this stage, finely chopped dill or green young onions can be added to the filling.
Remove the ready-made volovans from the oven.
Using a sharp thin knife, cut out the circles inside the pastry, it will do it without much difficulty.
Fill with a mushroom filling.
Sprinkle over the puff volovans with allspice or black ground pepper and garnish with the greens. Done, you can serve!
