Wash the chicken thighs, dry, extract the bone and skin. Cut in small, arbitrary pieces. Finely cut carrots and garlic. In a deep container, combine the cut thighs, carrots, garlic, greens, salt, black ground pepper, add gelatin and mix everything well, leave for 20 minutes. Put the meat in the roasting sleeve, band the edges and send to the preheated oven to 190-200 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for half an hour. Take a plastic bottle, or a tin, or a paper juice bottle, which will give the future ham a shape and send chicken meat with broth there. Press a small load on top, allow to cool to room temperature and send to the refrigerator overnight. Cut well-frozen ham with a sharp knife and serve.
