How to make minced waffle cakes? Prepare all the ingredients from the listed list. Minced meat is best used fresh so that it ends up being denser. After defrosting, the mince becomes watery. Waffle cakes are suitable for any shape: round, square, rectangular. Supermarkets sell portion cakes that don't have to be chopped. Use refined vegetable oil.
Clean, rinse and dry the onions with a napkin. Cut it into small pieces. If the minced meat is quite dense, the onions can be crushed in a meat grinder or in a blender. In this case, the onion juice will make the minced meat a little wet.
I prefer to cook minced meat on my own. For this purpose, I bought chilled chicken fillet and crushed it in a meat grinder. Pork, beef, poultry are suitable for meat filling. You can make mixed minced meat. Add the crushed onions, salt and ground black pepper to the mince. Mix well.
On the first waffle cake (22cm diameter), place a portion of the meat filling and spread it in a thin layer throughout the cake. For one bark, I took 2. 5 tablespoons with a slide of filling.
Apply a second bark on top and press it lightly with your hand. Add the meat filling and distribute in a thin layer.
Attach a third cake. Press a little with your hands to tightly lay down to the mince layer. At this stage, I wanted to finish collecting the cake, as I was worried that it would not cook, but I decided to take a chance, since its height turned out to be very small and besides, I still had meat filling and waffle cakes.
Put the meat filling on the third cake and distribute with a spoon in a thin layer.
Apply and squeeze a little with the fourth waffle cake. Lay out the remaining filling, just 2. 5 tablespoons left. Flatten with a thin layer.
Apply the fifth waffle cake, press slightly with your palm. From the factory packaging (7 cakes) I took 5 pieces. Cut the collected waffle cake into portions. I got 8 pieces.
Now it's time to make the batter. Drive the medium-sized eggs into a deep plate. Pour in the water. Salt to taste. Shake with a fork until uniform. This number of eggs is just enough to fry all the blanks.
Dip a battered waffle bar. Help yourself with a fork, as the workpiece becomes soft under the influence of moisture.
5-7 minutes before frying begins, pour the oil into the pan and send to a medium heat. Preheat. When the oil warms up well, reduce the flame to the smallest. Lay out the waffle blanks. Cover. Fry for 4-5 minutes until ruddy on one side. Since the dishes and equipment are different for everyone, make sure that the blanks do not burn. You may need a little more or less time to make the pieces brown.
Turn the waffle pieces over to the second side. Cover and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes on the lowest heat.
After frying, place on paper towels to remove any remaining oil.
