Necessary ingredients

My veal, dry with paper towels, cut off all films and veins, fry in olive oil over a high heat for literally 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly crusted

Onion cut into thin rings

Fold the foil in 2 layers with a shiny side up, put the onion on it in one layer

We put garlic plates on onions

Put veal on a pillow of onions and garlic

Pepper, salt

Sprinkle with dried basil or other aromatic herbs

Sprinkle with a mixture of ground peppers and rub well with salt and spices veal from all sides
