How to make sprat tartlets? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Curd cheese can be replaced with any other; melted, ordinary type of Russian, etc. If you use regular cheese, it is better to add mayonnaise to the filling. If the tartlets are medium, then we need 8-10 pieces. If the tartlets are small, then this amount of filling will be enough for 20-24 tartlets.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Then grate over a coarse grater. How to boil hard-boiled eggs? Put them in cold water, set them to cook on a small heat. Cook the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. It is better to clean the shell from a sharp temperature difference.

Remove the sprats from the jar and shake off the oil. The number of sprays must be equal to the number of tartlets. If you still have sprats, you can grind them and add them to the filling.
Wash the dill, dry and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, green onions or use a mixture of different herbs.
In a bowl, combine the grated eggs, curd cheese, crushed dill. Salt the filling, pepper and mix until smooth.
In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste. To make the filling even more satisfying, you can add 2 tbsp. l. cooked rice.
Fill the tartlets with cheese and egg filling.
Put one sprat on top.
