Very often I cook such a snack. Sometimes I add boiled rice to the filling so that it is more satisfying. Sometimes canned fish, such as sardine in oil. The basic version of the filling is also presented here. Cheese can be replaced with processed cheese. Other ingredients may be added to the cheese paste to alter or enhance the flavor. The flesh of tomatoes will taste very well here - the snack will become juicier and brighter in appearance.

How to make tartlets? Prepare all the ingredients. Tartlets can take any size you need from puff or shortbread. I have them small, sandy. You can buy them or bake them yourself. Boil and chill the chicken eggs. Mayonnaise take home.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. And transfer it immediately to a salad bowl, in which you will later mix the mass.
Peel the boiled eggs. And grate them on a medium grater, adding them to the cheese.
Run the peeled garlic through the press.
In a salad bowl, combine the grated eggs, cheese and garlic.
Salt the mass, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Be careful with salt, however! Mayonnaise is salty on its own, so salt may not be needed - taste the salad.
Mix the salad well until smooth. If the mass is dry, add more mayonnaise.
Fill the tartlets with egg cheese mass. Decorate them as desired. I decorated with pieces of red bell pepper and leaves of basil.
