For this dish, you will need the tartlets themselves. You can cook them yourself or buy them ready-made in the store. Tartlets are needed from sand dough. To preheat, turn on the oven 180 degrees. Next, you need to prepare the filling for this delicious snack. Cut the ham into small cubes. Cheese can be taken to your liking, but preferably hard varieties. So it will be easier to cut it into small pieces - you can also dice. Next, you should prepare champignons for filling. Mushrooms will give ready-made tartlets a savoury forest taste and a mouth-watering aroma. Rinse a small amount of champignons under running water and wipe with paper towels. Then put the mushrooms on a cutting board and cut them into thin plates. Pour a little olive oil into the pan and fry the champignons over medium heat until slightly golden. Place the mushrooms on a plate pre-lined with paper wipes to absorb the excess oil. In a separate bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients for the snack - diced hard cheese and ham and fried champignons. And then evenly distribute the filling into tartlets. In a small bowl or deep plate, lightly whisk the cream with a hand whisk or fork. Add salt to your liking. The amount of salt depends on the type of cheese and ham variety used for the filling. If the filling itself is salty, then salt can be added at least. Transfer the stuffed tartlets to a baking sheet. Top the tartlets with a mixture of whipped cream. Put in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or a little more until the tartlets brown. Garnish ready-baked tartlets with cheese and ham with fresh parsley greens. Enjoy your meal!
