Ready-made tartlets - 8 pcs., Shrimp - 400 grams, Hard cheese - 250 grams, Garlic - 2 teeth, Mayonnaise - 3 tables, Shrimp - 100 grams, Red caviar - 50 grams, Basil - to taste
How to make tartlets? Prepare the required ingredients. Tartlets can be purchased or make them yourself according to any suitable recipe. They will be sandy or layered, no matter, this is a matter of choice. In order not to suffer with the cleaning of shrimp, it is better to immediately buy peeled ones. Cheese can take any boiled, soft, hard or semi-hard.
Boil the shrimp in water until cooked according to the instructions on their packaging. I added 1/2 tsp salt and a slice of lemon to the water for flavour.
Tip the ready-made shrimp into a colander and peel if necessary. Finely chop the peeled shrimp. You can also put the shrimp in a blender bowl and whisk it into a smooth creamy paste-type mass. I didn't do that.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Run the garlic through the press.
In the salad, combine the chopped shrimp, grated cheese and crushed garlic.
Fill the resulting mass with mayonnaise. I recommend using home, homemade.
Mix everything well. If the mass is too dense, you can add a little more mayonnaise until the desired consistency is obtained.
Arrange the filling into tartlets. Garnish the tartlets with whole shrimp, red caviar and basil leaves, as I did. Or come up with your own design option - here the imagination is unlimited.
