Hard cheese - 200 g, Breadcrumbs - 50 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Garlic - 1 tooth., Flour - 2 tbsp., Vegetable oil - 200 ml, Salt - to taste
With slightly wet hands, form even round walnut-sized balls from the cheese mass. Now roll cheese balls well on all sides in crackers. To make them beautiful, and the breading fits tightly to the cheese, crackers take a larger grind, rich yellow and already with spices. If you have the usual whitish breadcrumbs, add paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste on your own.
In a saucepan over a medium heat, heat the vegetable oil until it starts to crackle. To check how hot the oil is, you can lower a wooden skewer into it. Small bubbles will appear around it. The oil should be enough to completely cover the balls. Fry the cheese balls in boiling oil until golden brown. The finished balls will surface.
