Cheese balls with garlic snack

Boil the egg hard-boiled and cool. Rinse the greens with green onions, dry and grind, rub with a pinch of salt. Peel and very finely chop the garlic, you can pass through the garlic press or grate on a fine grater. Peel the egg from the shell and grate on a coarse grater along with the melted and hard cheese. Combine both types of cheese with egg and garlic in one bowl, add mayonnaise and rub thoroughly with a fork until viscous, smooth consistency. From the resulting cheese mass, form about 10 medium-sized balls, put them on a cutting board. Roll each ball in crushed greens and transfer to a dish. Before serving, it is advisable to leave the cheese balls for 1 hour in the refrigerator. The snack is ready!
