We cut the onions into small cubes, press the garlic with a press, cut the hot pepper into circles. Mix onions, garlic, hot pepper and tomatoes. Let's let everything marinate a little in tomato juice. Grind the greens with a knife, lay on top of the tomato mixture. We will peel the baked vegetables warm and cut them into cubes. We combine everything, taste salt, pepper and season with vegetable oil. We mix and let it brew for two hours in the refrigerator. Wonderful raw eggplant caviar is ready, serve to the table!
