Pork ears in the oven

1. Cook the cleaned and washed ears in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. While the ears are cooking, prepare a dressing for them: add pepper, salt to the mayonnaise and squeeze out the garlic. Mix everything until smooth.
3. Lay out the cooked ears and cool completely.
4. Carefully coat the cooled ears with a dressing.
5. Place the ears in an oiled tin and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve hot with a salad of fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
Pork ears - 600 gr, Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp, Hot ground pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Garlic - 5 teeth, Vegetable oil - 5 ml
