Pork neck - 1400 g, Dijon mustard - 20 g, Mixture of herbs - 3 g, Salt - to taste, Garlic - 3 teeth.
How to bake pork with mustard in foil baked in the oven? Prepare the products according to the list. Defrost the meat beforehand, if necessary. Choose the spice mixture to taste.
Wash the pork and drain well with a paper towel. Peel the garlic and cut into long bars. In meat with a sharp knife, puncture and pepper it with garlic.
