6 servings2 hours
Pork - 1.5 kg, Prunes - 200 g, Mustard - 1 tbsp, Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp, Soy sauce - 50 ml, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How do you make pork in foil with prunes in the oven? For baking, take a piece of pork in a whole piece without bones. Rinse the meat well and dry with a paper towel.
All over the piece, with the help of a sharp knife, make transverse cuts without reaching the end. In this form, the finished baked meat will be conveniently divided into portions. Chopped raw meat will look like a book of thick chunks and a common base.
To prepare meat, you need to prepare marinade. To do this, combine mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce in a separate bowl. Add a little salt and spice to taste. Mix everything well until smooth.
Prepare the baking dish. Cover it with foil and grease the bottom with vegetable oil. Put the pork in the tin and rinse all the layers well with the resulting marinade.
Pour the prunes with boiling water for a couple of minutes and rinse. Insert several pieces of prunes into the meat slots. If time allows, then in this form the meat can be left to marinate for several hours. But you can immediately put in the oven. Cover the tin with a layer of foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour. After an hour, remove the top foil layer and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes. During this time, the top of the piece will dry out and slightly reduce
Remove the finished meat from the oven and transfer to a plate. Enjoy your meal!
