Pork neck baked in the oven

Pork - 800 g, Soy sauce - 4 tbsp, Garlic - 5 tbsp, Allspice - 8 pcs., Dry spices - 3 tbsp.
Peel the garlic and cut each clove into 2-3 parts.
Pepper the meat with garlic and allspice.
Sprinkle the meat with pork spices and rub them into the surface.
Pour soy sauce over the balls.
Turn the meat over several times to cover it evenly with sauce and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Sometimes turn over.
After 2 hours, transfer the meat and sauce to the sleeve.
Tie the sleeve, make a pair of punctures with a toothpick to prevent the sleeve from tearing away from the steam.
Transfer the meat to a pan (or baking tray, or tin) and transfer to the oven. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
Let the finished meat lie down for at least 10 minutes. If you cut right away, it will be dry.
Serve the meat warm or cold, with the sauce. Or make your sauce.
