Pork - 500 grams, Soy sauce - 70 ml, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Vegetable oil - 30 grams, Garlic - 3 teeth.
Cut the fresh pork meat into serving steaks. They should be at least 2-2. 5 cm thick. There is no need to do thicker, since the meat may not cook well enough.
Mix the soy sauce, salt and spices separately.
Dip the meat into the sauce. Cover the bowl with cling film or a lid and leave to marinate, at least for 1 hour. The longer the meat will marinate, the richer the taste and aroma of the finished dish will be.
Before frying the meat, heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil into it and put the peeled and chopped garlic. Fry it until golden and remove. During frying, the garlic will give the oil its taste and aroma. The result is garlic oil.
