Shark steak in the oven

Shark steak - 900 gr, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Breadcrumbs - 100 gr, Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp., Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Rinse the shark, dry and remove the skin from it. She's tough.
Cut the fish into portions. You can leave it as it is, only remove the ridge bones.
Put the fish in a bowl.
Add the salt.
Add the spices.
Add the mayonnaise.
Add the soy sauce.
Mix well and leave to marinate in the fridge (you can leave overnight).
Break the egg into a bowl.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a comfy bowl as well.
With a fork, dip the fish in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
And transfer all the fish to a baking sheet.
The tray can be pre-greased with any fat or lined with parchment or silicone mat.
Bake the shark in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
The fish is crisp on the outside and very delicate on the inside.
