First, we prepare a saline solution. To do this, boil the water and add salt to it. Rinse the onion husks and send them to saline. Let it boil for 10 minutes until the liquid is colored. When the solution becomes brownish, put lard in it and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Then we remove the lard, dry with paper towels. In a small flat plate, mix spices and herbs, and finely chop garlic. We make a couple of deep cuts on a piece of lard and carefully rub it with garlic and a mixture of spices. Wrap the resulting golden aromatic lard slice in cling film and send it to the freezer for 24 hours. After the specified time, you can consume the product. Cut the lard into slices, waiting for it to become room temperature beforehand. Enjoy your meal!
