Mackerel stuffed with gelatin

1. From mackerel, which first needs to be thawed, we will only need fillet. Carefully remove all bones from it.
2. Sprinkle the fillet halves on the inside with salt, spices and gelatin, evenly distributed. Three carrots grated.
4. Eggs clean and cut circles.
5. Put carrots on one half of the fillet, put circles of egg on top.
6. We connect two halves of fillet, tightly wrap them in cling film, wrap them in thread, pierce the workpiece in several places with toothpick.
7. We boil water, lower the workpiece into it and cook for half an hour over medium heat. After that, we remain.
8. We put the cooled fish in the refrigerator for 12 hours (under load). The vacuum is ready to be served!
