River fish - 1.2 kg, Onions - 5 pcs., Bay leaves - 2 pcs., Carrots - 700 g, Sunflower oil - 500 g, Dry spices - to taste, Salt - to taste, Ketchup - 3 tbsp.
Clean the fish, remove the heads and fins.
Pour some oil into the oven tin.
Lay out the fish in an even layer.
Peel and cut the onions into rings.
Salt the fish and season to taste.
Place the onions on top of the fish in an even layer. Pour oil over the fish until onion.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Pour the onion evenly over the ketchup.
Put the carrots in an even layer on the onion. Add the oils. Place the tin in the oven for 4 hours. If the fish is large, then for 5 hours. The upper layer will become dark brown, it must be removed after the fish is ready.
Chill the sprats and treat.
