Champignons in the oven in soy sauce whole
4 servings1 hour
Champignons - 400 grams, Soy sauce - 50 ml, Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp, Butter - 30 grams, Garlic - 2 teeth, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to bake champignons whole in soy sauce in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take medium-sized fresh champignons, but keep in mind that they will decrease slightly when baked.
Rinse the champignons thoroughly in running water against contaminants. Then put the mushrooms on a paper towel and dry from excess moisture. This must be done so that the mushrooms do not start to soak.
In a spacious bowl, combine soy sauce, mayonnaise and melted butter.
Peel the garlic and pass it through the press immediately into the bowl. Add salt and spices to taste. When adding salt, consider that soy sauce and mayonnaise are already salty. It is possible that you will not need salt. As spices, add ground peppers and some dried herbs, such as basil. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Stir the prepared champignons with the resulting sauce. Do this carefully so that the mushrooms are completely covered with it. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes to parine.
A metal mold is suitable for baking. Line the tin with foil and place all the mushroom caps down. Pour over the remaining sauce. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Navigate your oven.
Remove the finished baked champignons from the oven. During baking, they decreased in size. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate and serve to the table. They are very tasty both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
