How to make herring in mustard sauce? Prepare the products. Take the herring lightly salted, strong and greasy. You can buy it or salt it yourself.
The hardest part of the recipe is cutting fish. To do this, cut off the head, flutter the abdomen. Remove the insides. Do not throw away caviar or milk, they are also very tasty. Cut out the top fin, cut off the tail. Remove the skin by gently striking it in the tail area. Cut off the underside of the abdomen along with the lower fins. Separate one part of the carcass, remove the ridge.
With a knife, scrape off the remnants of black film from the abdomen. Remove the edge bones. Cut the resulting fillet into pieces.
