Squid tentacles in oil

1. Take the squid tentacles, clean them and wash them.
2. Cut if necessary. The cutting method does not really matter: if the tentacles are large, I sometimes cut them into pieces.
3. Pour all the spices, salt into the oil and let the mixture boil. Both olive and sunflower oil can be used.
4. Pour the prepared squid with boiling oil with spices. After cooling, infuse them in the fridge for 8-9 hours.
5. When serving, remove the squid pieces from the oil and season with lemon juice. They are also perfect for making salads. Enjoy your meal!
