Cut the lard into pieces. Wipe with salt and put each piece in a separate bag. We put bay leaves, garlic and a mixture of peppers in bags on top. We tie the bags. We put a pan of water on the fire, bring it to a boil and put bags of lard in it. It takes 80-90 minutes to cook. Then we take the lard out of the water and cool it. We cut the bag, remove and clean the salt from it, remove the pepper and bay leaf. Done. Cut into pieces of lard. Black bread and mustard are great for this product. Enjoy your meal!
