Pineapple chicken tartlet salad

Ready-made tartlets - 10 pcs., Chicken fillet - 300 grams, Pineapples - 200 grams, Hard cheese - 100 grams, Walnuts - 50 grams, Eggs - 2 pcs., Garlic - 1 tooth, Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the chicken fillet and boil until tender in salted water. I also added 2 bay leaves and allspice peas.
Drain liquid from pineapples, cut fruits into cubes.
Chop nuts.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and finely chop.
Cool the meat and cut into cubes.
Combine chicken, pineapples, cheese, nuts and garlic. Add garlic passed through the press.
Fill with mayonnaise, salt (if necessary), pepper.
Mix.
Fill the tartlets with salad and serve, decorated with herbs.
